That applies to insurance policies in PA also. No matter your insurance company, your policy will cancel at 12:01 AM, (or 00:01) on the date marked on your policy. So if you come into my office when we open at 9:00 am on the due date to pay your bill, you have been without insurance for the past 9 hours. If you had an accident on your way to the office, you would be out of luck.
